3 days in. So far so good. Feeling as described. Solution smells like pool

Last few days I have been irritable and slightly upset stomach. A bit fatigued. Reading up on it, it's spot on with the detox.

By the way say poo pool 5x fast. Not possible.

As an update I think my detox on mms is ending which they said takes about 4-5 days. I feel a lot better today

No I eat regular. It's just taken in liquid form. It was 40 bucks for like a billion year supply. Look it up. Just google Jim humble mms.

Still on track. I keep looking for something to discredit mms or see where it can cause any real harm.

I don't believe I have aids but now that it is cured it wouldn't matter. It's a true detox. A preventative measure for shit down the road and things that haven't surfaced.

Ha. I swear there is no hidden agenda. I've always done alternative med/healing/body stuff to some extent. Nothing too off the wall. Randi helped change my direction and focus on natural doctor style stuff.

Fear isn't healthy. So I'm almost fully over the detox because my body isn't shitting or feeling fatigued. Everyone here needs to watch forks over knives on Netflix. It's a real solid start to the program.

truth-- also---keep a healthy diet from here on out and it will increase your meditation + astral prjection 100x....its all connected---- and bad diet is on of the biggest blocks to energy connection + flow----

All jokes aside, I feel like I'm slowly being shaped (through diet, breathing, meditation, attitude, etc) to project/be more "aware" and I had no idea. I need to invest more into this.
