Abnormally Strong Energy today

thought id throw this update in for anyone who feels like reading:
had a series of awesome lucid dreams last night -- gained two things
1: the ability to be an observer rather than a person in the dream...was way more in control of everything
2: intense energy flow in the dream-- used it to control the weather which was awesome--felt like the last air bender + storm from xmen
the intense energy seemed to have carried over to waking life, i can really feel it flowing through me with much more intensity --- feels like a vortex of energy that comes in through my head empties through my feet and flows back to my head...feels very cleansing

It has been a few days. What happened with the energy? Did it fade or are you still energized? Did anything interesting happen or develp because of it?
