Small group cast a single vote. Majority Rules.: 0%; [ 0 ]

All members of society cast a single vote. Dictator can overrule. Revote must mach 2/3 to pass.: 0%; [ 0 ]

This is the basic law of our society--- how do we make rules + changes?

Please add ways of society change below....i have added some i think are standard---voting will open tomorrow and end next week. The decision must be unanimous!
