Learning to Feel Your Energy Body

If you've never felt your energy body before and don't know how, here is a great way to start.

Get some headphones and listen to these inductive binaural sound recordings. The website supplies a visual stimulus too, but I would suggest just closing your eyes and feeling the sound. As you train your awareness on the moving sounds, try to "feel" the location of where you experience the sound. This sense of feeling is exactly akin to how one experiences their energy body. With time you'll be able to heal your physical body through your awareness of energy flow, redirecting blocked energy currents to where they need to go.

I should make it clear that these binaural recordings have a REAL effect on your energy body. The sensation of feeling the sound is not just "like" experiencing one's energy body-- it is what you are actually doing.

These are literally sacred frequencies. We are just starting to remember what these sounds actually mean.

Pineal gland activator? I just listened to it. It was strange because I didn't notice much durin it but after it I felt different.

glands are closely related to chakras---i do think the pineal gland is directly related to one of them
