Step 1 to Step Infinity - Need everyone's help.

The group has grown in size about 100x from what it started as. I would like to make it so we can take anyone such as Jim and Deb (or at least Jim) and hold their hand all the way up to the point of where we are now.

It will be a long time before we can compile everything, but on each topic I will have a sticky where someone new can enter the topic and begin the class. Please help in posting links or books or videos a noob should check out to catch up on each of the topics. Thanks.
