HAARP Control

This is going to be quite a post i recon...just marking it here so i dont forget to do it....very interesting shit on HAARP

quick summary: we are messing with controlling the weather, and Japans EQ + the recent Twisters were not natures work..but either intentional or accidental manmade work

i really dont feel like typing--itll be easier to explain in person--but here i go

so HAARP is a weather controlling device created in Alaska--

it uses the same technology we use to find oil underground...basically shooting out a frequency and based on its sonar return we can determine what is below us---- so instead--we shoot these frequencies up into the isotropic atmosphere to determine what the weather is doing---

years later the air force took it over and it is now government owned--- they now shoot frequencies up to a trillion times stronger than that what we use for finding oil---

they use the natural "jet streams" , just how the ocean has jet streams, do control the flows--

so the conspiriacy is that for Japan--these frequencies were shot into the ground ---and people have shown the shots coming out 2 minutes before the quake hit Japan-- and the same for the twister barrage in tennessee area where there was high activity shot into the air the same die from HAARP--- and HAARP has built these machines throughout the US-- the guess is that they are trying to build them on one of the isotropic jet streams

could also explain the european cold snap

anyway--nasa just annoucned they are shooting 5 rockets in this posted yahoo article to mark these jet streams--- watch out for HAARP building right on these trails

I'm too lazy to read it all right now, but weather control has been around for a while..it was used for the olympics...theories that chem-trails from planes (an entirely other can of worms) may sometimes be used etc...

extreme rumor - that any and all weather can be fully controlled

I'll put the idea out there...maybe such things are at the top controlled by the same people who use the same techniques with war. Create war, fund/loan the war with your money so you get paid back with interest/build your business...after the war, now the countries must be rebuilt...so make sure you have your nose in the rebuilding to enhance your profits even more... maybe natural disasters are the same idea on a smaller scale...cause some damage..and make your company necessary for the rebuilding

ideally the banking families who own everything would be the ones involved

wouldnt doubt it--but my guess is it is still highly in testing phase..i dont think theyll make a lot of money from twisters in tennessee..

its one thing to understand how mother nature works...its another to try to control her

maybe just testing... it could also be more advanced then we think...according to phil schneider I think it was, in the last 100 years, the military/black ops tend to be 50-100 years ahead of what is publicly known
